Fashion Show Product Inclusion

Surf Expo produces professional fashion shows twice a day at The Stage in a runway format that highlights your newest looks to an audience of buying retailers.

How to Participate:

 Surf Expo Fashion Shows

Option 1: Free to participate

All Surf Expo exhibitors are welcome to submit product samples, but placement is not guaranteed. Space is limited and companies are encouraged to plan ahead in order to have samples ready in time.
Each exhibiting company may send up to 2 samples for consideration (one sample is considered a shirt, bottom, dress, or a swimsuit). Please send only your newest, most innovative designs. Items will be selected for use at the sole discretion of the fashion show styling team. Deadline is August 10, 2023.

Option 2: Show Your Complete Line

Full Scene ($680) Includes:

  • 4 full looks by your brand featured in one daily fashion show (total of 3 shows, one daily)
  • Logo inclusion on-screen at Fashion Show when your outfits are on the runway. Space is limited

Accessories Scene ($470) Includes:

  • Product included in 4 looks in one fashion show daily (total of 3 shows, one daily on Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
  • Logo inclusion on-screen at Fashion Show when your accessories are on the runway.

Deadline: Before August 10, 2023

Product Pickup: All products submitted must be picked up at the Fashion Show Stage on Saturday, September 9 from 2:30 – 4:30 pm. All unclaimed product, without prior supplied shipping instructions will be donated to a local charity.
