Choice will be served to buyers traveling to Orlando for the Surf Expo September show. A preview of the upcoming trade show’s floor has it shaping up to be a representation of today’s surf industry: emerging, up-and-coming, and legacy labels, all looking to write orders and nab more space on retailer shelves.
“Surf Expo is excited about the surf brands committed to our upcoming September event,” said Surf Expo SVP and Show Director Roy Turner. “From the established major brands to the next wave and start-ups, retailers will be able to meet face-to-face with key players and find the next new.”
The most recent trade show in January skewed heavy on up-and-comers, including Rhythm, Salty Crew, Katin, Dark Seas, and Jetty. This year’s offering will continue to see those names balanced out with several heritage names setting up shop on the floor.
That includes O’Neill and Roxy licensee The Levy Group, along with the Liberated Brands portfolio of Billabong, RVCA, Volcom, and Captain Fin. Quiksilver’s new wholesale licensee is also exhibiting at the show.
