Nautique Named Title Sponsor of the 2017 Water Ski Hall of Fame

Bright lights and big stars are set to shine boldly at the 2017 Water Ski Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

POLK CITY, Fla. – The USA Water Ski Foundation (USA-WSF) and host Walt Disney World Resort is pleased to announce that Nautique Boat Company will return as the title sponsor of the 2017 Water Ski Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony which will be held on April 29th at Walt Disney’s World Showplace Pavilion at Epcot Theme Park.

 The Hall of Fame Class of 2017 is comprised of inductees Brenda Baldwin and Rachel Normand; Lifetime Achievement honorees Ralph Meloon and Carroll ‘Bud’ & Janet Piercy;  Award of Distinction honorees Ralph Armstrong, Nick Barron, Rob Bemman, Joy Kelley, and Gary Thompson.

 About the USA Water Ski Foundation Hall of Fame

The USA Water Ski Foundation Hall of Fame was established in 1982 to honor and celebrate the achievements of America’s premier water ski and towed water sport athletes, pioneers, innovators and officials whose dedication and competitive achievements have brought lasting fame and incredible contributions to the sport. The first Water Ski Hall of Fame class was inducted in 1982 and included icons such as Ralph Samuelson, Richard Pope Sr., Willa Cook, Chuck Sterns, Charles R. Sligh Jr., Liz Allan Reid and Dan B. Hains.  Now every year, past world class athletes, teams, coaches, veterans, industry leaders and special contributors gather to welcome the newest members of the Hall of Fame.
