LEAD CAPTURE/BADGE SCAN
The Lead Capture/Badge Scan tool is available in the Surf Expo show app. In order to make the most of the app’s features, please follow the steps here.

Advanced features include:
- Touchless badge scanning via the Surf Expo app.
- Gather contact information from badges, rank your contact, add notes to leads.
- Access and download data from the web portal/desktop.
- Instantly track team activity in one place.
After the Show – Exporting Leads – Leads can be exported in the web portal, under My Team. Lists can only be exported in the web portal, not via the mobile app. Make sure that someone has claimed the Team, prior to exporting, this will ensure complete contact information is included for each lead. Watch this to export leads!
