Attendee FAQS
Attendee FAQS – Surf Expo September 10-12, 2020 Show Cancellation
View cancellation announcement.
I was pre-registered to attend the show. What do I need to do?
If you were pre-registered to attend the show, your registration will be cancelled. No action is needed on your part.
Should I cancel my flight?
We suggest that you contact your airline to discuss your options. Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time.
What about my hotel reservation?
If your hotel reservations were booked through our official housing provider onPeak and through the hotel booking link on the show website, your reservations will be automatically cancelled at no charge or penalty to you. You will receive a cancellation email confirmation from onPeak. No other follow up will be necessary. (Note that all reservations will be cancelled. Therefore, if you want to make other arrangements, you will have to make a direct reservation.) If you made a hotel reservation outside of our hotel block (directly with the hotel or through booking providers unaffiliated with Surf Expo), you will need to cancel your reservation on your own.
What are future dates for the Surf Expo?
Surf Expo’s next live, in-person show is scheduled for January 6-8, 2021 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Florida.
Will there be any opportunities to connect with exhibitors through Surf Expo this year?
Yes! Since we can’t meet in-person this summer, we’re creating a virtual space for our communities to connect, conduct business, network and learn. This online space allows for a reimagined sales season to support your business, and help you stay connected with brands this summer. The virtual event, Surf Expo Connect, will take place September 16-18, 2020. More information is to come soon.
